the North Africa campaign in 1943, when U.S. troops entered in Tunisia, in the North Africa campaign, began to see some curious graffiti on many walls .... "KILROY WAS HERE" which means Kilroy was here, with a doll leaning on a wall funny. Later, he finished the campaign in Africa and during the progress of the allied army in Italy and France, turned curiously to see these famous and graphics. When Germany occupied by American troops continued to be a Kilroy everywhere.

Never found out who was the author of the graffiti, although many U.S. companies want to own so famous doll. Today, Kilroy is a classic in the world of graffiti, not to mention the real pioneer of fowls.
